Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of our botanical freshly made products, shipping may take anywhere from 3-7 business days once your payment has been processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Orders ship on Monday's and Friday's.

A confirmation e-mail including the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide us. Please verify that the e-mail address and the mailing address you provide is accurate upon placing your order. Aubri Jaiel will not be responsible for any lost packages or any packages sent to the wrong address. In any case that the shipment is lost or stolen, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the USPS and submit a claim. 

We do not issue refunds. However we will gladly assist to resolve any issues that arise if you are unhappy with your order.  

If your products happen to open or spill during the shipping process, please take a picture of the damaged goods and contact us.
