The Transformational Power of You.
Keynote: 45-60min Including Q&A
Empowering women to make themselves a priority by moving beyond the roles that society has placed upon them.
Summary
It’s no big secret that women feel overwhelmed.
Women carry multiple roles: caretaker, friend, money maker, entrepreneur, mom, daughter, wife, sister, leader, and so on. Within these roles women find themselves losing themselves.
The root of the problem? Society teaches women to put the needs and opinions of others first. As young girls, they are taught to prioritize the well being and happiness of others, and if they do not then they feel extremely guilty. But like everyone else, women are not immune to people pleasing, self-doubt, and they do not have it “all figured out”.
They need to be taken care of, as well as place healthy boundaries, and self reflect amongst their emotions so they can uncover the layers of who they truly are instead of who society is telling them they should be, as well acknowledge when they are out of balance so that they are able to give from their overflow instead from a cup of depletion.
Without these things, women will continue to feel unhappy, unfulfilled, and will neglect the confidence to prioritize the most important relationship they will ever have…the one with self.
Participants will take away the following:
Tools to set healthy boundaries
Self-reflect on the root of their internal conflict
Build confidence, to strengthen their relationship with themselves.
Become clear on who they are, as well as who they desire to be.
Hello, I’m Teri. Keynote Speaker, Author, and Entreprenuer.
I am the founder and CEO of the beauty and wellness brand AubriJai., as well as a keynote speaker, published author, and women empowerment coach, who empowers women to make themselves a priority through self-reflection and igniting confidence.
Years ago I found myself losing myself in the roles that I carried like the majority of women I speak to. When I became a mother, I knew that my daughter Aubri would experience similar challenges unless I decided to start showing up for myself in every way possible and teach her the importance of standing in her confidence as well. Despite feeling the embarrassment, that can come with self-reflection, I knew that it was necessary for me to uncover the layers of myself, so I can strengthen the relationship with myself. My journey has taught me that “You are the woman of your dreams, you just have to reveal her.”
This is why I wrote “A self-care journal by AubriJai.
This is why I host “The AubriJai. podcast.
This is why I host the “She speaks power” women’s empowerment conference every year
and this is why I share my message on keynote stages.
I believe that women have the power to love who they currently are, as well as who they are becoming…
If you share this belief, let’s work together and make it a reality.
